     AlRashid urges the chamber customers to register in its committees and contribute to the Eastern economic development 
     
    22 specialized committees of Asharqia Chamber receives members until April 7 

     
    25 members for each committee..And the possibility of participation for non-Saudis
     
    Invite the clubs heads and sports business managers for the Sports Investment Committee Membership
     
    Accepting applications from human and managers and the Employment offices
     
     
    Asharqia Chairman, Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Rashid has invited the chamber participants to register for the specialized committees membership, which opened to those who wish to register, by 25 members from each committee.
    AlRashid said that registration are conducted in a manner and a different mechanism than before, where the committees are appointed, which was made out of necessity at the time, but in the new session of the Chamber Board Directors, nomination has been confirmed and then selecting the chairpersons and their vices through its members who nominated themselves for membership in accordance with the required conditions.
    He said that the chamber has opened the nomination to the participants, after the completion of the formation of specialized committees, which are the 22 Committee, had been chosen for departments that fall under the management of committees.
    Where the Commercial sector Management has continued four committees activities which are: (commercial, cars, gold &jewelry, sports investment), while management the  service sector is dealing with 13 committees are: (lawyers and legal advisers, communications and information technology, agriculture and fisheries, customs brokers, insurance, private education, maritime transport, manpower, health care, training, recruitment, tourism) .
    While the industrial sector is dealing with the industrial sector committee and construction and management, while the Businesswomen Center will be interested in two the Committees which are the Businesswomen and women's concerns.
    AlRashid noted that the formation of these committees had been under deep study of the reality of the private sector in the region, so three new committees has been added to the list of specialized committees during the new session of the Chamber Governing Council which are (sports investments, training, and the women concern Committee).
    The Chamber General-Secretary, Mr.Adnan Al-Nuaim stated that it is possible for any organization to nominate the Human Resources Manager or the Employment Office Manager for the Manpower Committee.
    The membership conditions are: the applicant age should not be less than 25 years, and that the candidate should be the owner of the facility or a member of the Governing Council, and it's not required to be a Saudi citizen.
    He also said that the candidate should provide the necessary documents to accept the request as well as a brief summary of his CV, to provide a letter from the facility which indicates the name of the candidate and a copy of the national identity card and a copy of the commercial registration or the municipal license showing the activity and a copy of the current chamber's subscription.
     
    AlNuaim referred to the access of the nomination forms on the chamber Website: WWW.CHAMBER.ORG.SA)) and send it via following: fax No. 8592901 or the email (committees@chamber.org.sa) or deliver it at to the chamber building (Dammam- Khobar Highway) from (8.00 am to 12.00 pm). During the submission period which started last Monday and will run until Wednesday, April 7, 2010.
